Job Summary We are hiring CA Freshers for an Internal Audit role with our listed client in the Retail sector. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in audit, risk assessment, and internal control processes within a dynamic retail business environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist in execution of internal audit assignments Perform process walkthroughs and document controls Support risk assessment and internal control testing Prepare audit working papers and draft observations Coordinate with business teams for data collection and audit follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher CA Attempt Criteria: Candidates must have cleared CA in 1st or 2nd attempt only Experience: 0–1 year Industry Exposure: Interest in Retail sector preferred

Skills Required Strong understanding of accounting and internal audit fundamentals Analytical mindset and attention to detail Good communication and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel
