Job Description: Placement / Corporate Relations HeadRole Summary We are hiring a
Placement / Corporate Relations Head
to lead and scale end-to-end
student placements and corporate partnerships
across Arya Group of Colleges. The role focuses on building strong industry relationships, driving placement outcomes, enhancing internship/apprenticeship pipelines, and strengthening employer engagement through structured processes, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination with academic departments and leadership.
Key Responsibilities1) Placement Strategy & Execution
Own and drive the placement mission across institutes/programs:
Engineering, MBA, Pharmacy, and AMCH (as applicable)
Design annual placement strategy aligned to department-wise student strengths, market demand, and recruiter needs
Set and track targets for:
placements, internships, PPOs, campus drives, company tie-ups, average package, role quality
Build and maintain a strong employer calendar:
pre-placement talks, drives, assessments, interviews, offer closures
2) Corporate Relations & Partnerships
Build and deepen relationships with
HRs, business leaders, founders, and industry associations
Onboard new recruiters and expand hiring across sectors: IT, Core Engineering, BFSI, Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, Startups, etc.
Create long-term partnerships for
internships, live projects, industry visits, guest lectures, mentoring, and sponsored labs
Collect market insights and feedback to improve student readiness and academic alignment
3) Student Readiness & Employability
Collaborate with Training & Placement teams to implement employability programs:
aptitude, communication, interview readiness, GD/PI
resume building, LinkedIn/profile readiness
domain training coordination with departments
Ensure eligible student mapping, batch segmentation, and drive-wise preparation
Track and improve student participation and selection ratios with structured interventions
4) Process, Compliance & Reporting
Implement strong systems for:
student database, eligibility tracking, recruiter pipeline, drive workflows
documentation, offer letters, joining confirmations, and alumni outcomes
Ensure placement reporting accuracy:
student-wise status, company-wise analytics, CTC breakup, roles offered
Publish dashboards and reports for leadership reviews (weekly/monthly/seasonal)
Ensure discipline, timelines, and policy adherence across placement activities
5) Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead and manage placement/corporate relations team members, coordinators, and student placement committees
Coordinate closely with
Directors/Principals/HoDs , Training teams, Admissions, and Marketing for employer branding
Drive strong communication with students, parents (when needed), and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading
Campus Placements / Corporate Relations / Career Services
(education group preferred)
Strong network with recruiters and ability to open doors for new corporate partnerships
Excellent people management: hiring, training, coaching, performance management
Strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
Hands-on comfort with
CRM / Excel / Google Sheets / placement tracking tools
Ability to build scalable processes and deliver measurable placement outcomes
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience across multiple streams (Engineering/MBA/Pharmacy/Healthcare)
Exposure to employer branding, MoUs, industry alliances, and institutional collaborations
Experience designing SOPs, incentive structures, recruiter engagement frameworks
Understanding of placement compliance, documentation, and audit-ready reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of recruiter tie-ups & repeat recruiters
Placement %, internship %, PPO count
Average/median CTC, role quality & domain alignment
Drive conversion metrics (registered → shortlisted → selected)
Student readiness completion & participation rates
Employer satisfaction and feedback scores
