Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on driving sales of residential real estate projects in Hyderabad through a combination of office-based activities and field sales work. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad with proven real estate sales experience and their own transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for real estate projects in Hyderabad
Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective residential real estate buyers
Drive end-to-end sales closures independently with minimal supervision
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on real estate investments
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Follow up consistently on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to stay updated on Hyderabad real estate trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver market insights and sales reports to management
Stay informed about infrastructure developments and growth drivers in Hyderabad
Field Work
Conduct extensive fieldwork to meet clients at project sites and their preferred locations
Attend industry events, meets, and networking sessions to build connections
Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations for prospective buyers
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory requirement)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Proven track record in sales with ability to meet and exceed targets
Essential Skills
Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to close deals independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with results-driven approach
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
Location Requirements
Must be based in Hyderabad (mandatory requirement)
Must have own conveyance for field sales activities
Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad for client meetings and site visits
