Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in ServiceNow hiring to support our growing talent acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for ServiceNow roles and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for ServiceNow-related roles (Developer, Administrator, Business Analyst, Architect, Consultant, etc.). - Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and functional requirements. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and stakeholders. - Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Manage offer discussions and candidate engagement until onboarding. - Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases. - Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment. - Mandatory experience in ServiceNow hiring. - Strong sourcing and screening capabilities. - Good understanding of ServiceNow roles and skillsets. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in consulting or staffing environments. - Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
