Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Pune. Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using customer management software is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
