Job Description

: Key Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting order management projects and communicating results Liaison with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain information for analysis Generate reports and recommendations based upon analysis and presents data to leadership Regularly briefs leadership on the status of orders to be processed Involved in escalations, reporting, analysis May monitor online pricing and configuration management Coaching and Feedback to assigned teams Essential Requirements Strong communication skills Strong understanding of the order management process Strong understanding of corporate systems and processes Desirable Requirements Typically requires 2 years or more related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience Experience: Total Exp: 2-4 Years Rel Exp: 2+ years TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
