Finance Manager - Telecom Infrastructure Services Company - Manila, Philippines

Job Summary : A global Telecom Infrastructure & Managed Services Company is keen to hire a finance professional with 5+ years of experience for the role of Finance Manager, overseeing end‑to‑end financial operations while partnering closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless project delivery support. The role also involves preparing financial statements, financial planning, MIS reports, cash flow management, budgeting, and compliance.

About the Organization : A global Telecom Infrastructure and Managed Services provider delivering end-to-end solutions across global markets. The company specializes in network deployment, in-building wireless solutions, and telecom software services. It partners with major telecom operators such as Jio, Airtel, and VI, as well as global network equipment vendors including Nokia and Ericsson. With operations across India, the APAC region, and more than 10 international markets.

Location : Manila, Phillippines (Base location in India - Preferably Gujarat)

Designation : Finance Manager

Reports to : Group CFO

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and supervise Accounting, HRD, and AR/AP teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth administrative functioning. Prepare and monitor monthly MIS reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements. Develop and manage annual budgets in coordination with the Operations team and monitor variance analysis and financial performance. Lead cash flow planning and working capital management to maintain liquidity and financial stability. Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data from various departments to gain insights into the company’s financial health. Collaborate with the Operations team to provide financial oversight and support for project execution and delivery. Coordinate and manage local and group audits; liaise with consultants to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain strong banking relationships; oversee banking transactions, facilities, and funding requirements.

Key Requirements: Candidates with prior experience in the telecom or service industry will be preferred. Strong hands-on experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Exposure to statutory and group audits, regulatory compliance, and banking relationship management. Experience in managing a team of accounting, admin departments Strong communication & presentation skills. Proven experience in ERP systems ( Tally / Oracle NetSuite)

Education : Qualified CA / CA-Inter / MBA Finance

Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in service industry

Working days : Monday to Friday(10 AM to 7 PM), On 2nd & 4th Saturday(10 AM to 3 PM)
