Salesforce Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex and Object-Oriented Programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable backend solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and implement backend logic for solutioning using Apex. · Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. · Develop and maintain complex triggers, batch jobs, future methods, and queueable Apex classes. · Optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for performance and scalability. · Work on Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, external services, and middleware. · Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Administrators to design technical solutions that align with business requirements. · Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and data inconsistencies. · Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. · Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications: · 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development. · Deep expertise in Apex programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. · Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security model. · Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and database optimization. · Strong Hands-on experience of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and front-end development. · Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming). · Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and version control. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. · Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications: · Experience working in an Agile development environment. · Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools.
