What You’ll Do As a Pharma/Clinical Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier talent across pharmaceutical and clinical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to deliver tailored staffing solutions across life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for pharma and clinical roles • Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to manage requisitions and meet client needs • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases • Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations • Maintain accurate records in the ATS

What You Bring: • 2+ years of experience in pharma/clinical recruitment, ideally within MSP/VMS environments • Strong understanding of clinical trials, FDA regulations, and industry terminology • Experience hiring for roles such as Scientist, Chemist, Research Associate, Biologist, MD, Nurse, Clinical Project Manager, Regulatory Associate, Medical Writer, etc. • Proficiency with ATS platforms, VMS tools, and sourcing technologies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently
