L1 IT Support Engineer – Intern

We are looking for L1 IT Support Engineer – Intern who can perform below responsibilities:

- Monitor office infrastructure such as printer, biometric, cabling, internet etc - Format and install software on user laptops such as Windows, MS Office, Teams etc - Perform IT operations for new employees such as outlook configuration, set up biometric fingerprint, Email distribution list update etc - Acknowledge and provide support on user tickets as per SLA. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues - Audit user laptops for hardware damage, unauthorized software, laptop performance, license expiry, driver updates, virus/malware check etc. - Maintain a regular report for all tasks performed - Coordinate with vendors for purchase of new hardware, laptop repairs etc

This is an internship position for an initial period of six months. An employment offer can be extended based on the performance.

Stipend: INR 22,000 – INR 24,000 per month
