Compliance Officer

Job Role:

We’re looking for Senior Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling candidate’s onboarding process. The Senior Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring compliance with UK employment regulations, and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all Right to Work checks, reference checks, and compliance documentation are completed in accordance with UK regulations. - Coordinate and facilitate the completion of employment contracts and other relevant documentation. - Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any queries and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process. - Monitor recruitment documentation, including contracts, ID verification, and work permits. - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the recruitment process. - Raise and review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Competencies/Experience:

- Proven experience in a compliance role within the UK recruitment industry. - Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the recruitment industry. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and handle compliance-related investigations. - Proficiency in using compliance tracking systems and recruitment software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM, 5 days working (all Saturday – Sunday off)
