What you will own :

• Ensuring smooth flow of events as per planned timelines and schedules • Acting as the primary liaison with client Points of Contact for operational communication • Maintaining control of workflows, trackers, and execution readiness • Coordinating closely with planning, operations, and experience teams • Monitoring event progress and proactively resolving delays or gaps • Ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal execution plans • Driving structured communication throughout the event lifecycle • Supporting seamless handovers between planning and on-ground teams • Maintaining documentation and closure reports post-event
