About the Role
We are looking for
high‑potential, energetic, and ambitious Management Trainees
(Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources) with a strong engineering foundation and postgraduate management education. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate
initiative, curiosity, leadership potential, and hunger for rapid learning . As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured rotations across key business functions to develop into a future leader within our organization.
Required:
Management Trainee - Marketing (BE Mechanical/ Instrumentation + MBA/ PGDBM)
Management Trainee - Operations (BE Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering / Equivalent + MBA/ PGDBM)
Management Trainee - Supply Chain Management (BE Mechanical/ Equivalent + MBA/ PGDBM)
Management Trainee - Human Resources (BE + MBA/ PGDBM)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Production, Chemical, Electronics, IT, etc.)
Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA / PGDM) -
Strong academic track record and demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, competitions, or extracurriculars.
Experience Level:- 0 to 3 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
Rotational Assignments
Participate in 3–6 months structured rotations across departments such as:
Operations, Projects, Supply Chain, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, HR, Strategy, and Customer Excellence.
Learn end-to-end business processes and propose improvement initiatives.
Business Analysis & Problem Solving
Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
Work on real strategic and operational projects with measurable outcomes.
Innovation & Initiative
Identify inefficiencies and recommend and implement solutions.
Take ownership of small to mid‑level projects early in the program.
Leadership Development
Lead cross-functional mini-projects.
Present project outcomes and insights to senior leadership.
Continuous Learning
Attend leadership workshops, training modules, and technical skill enhancement sessions.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
