Network Support Engineer

We’re Hiring: Network Support Engineer

Location:

Pune, India (WFO) Experience:

1+ Years Immediate Joiner Only

Key Responsibilities: Provide support for configuring and maintaining networking devices such as

Cisco routers ,

Peplink devices , and

Ruckus access points . Support the setup and management of

DHCP

and

DNS

servers to handle large-scale networks. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking issues, from connectivity problems to server-related concerns. Manage and monitor Wi-Fi network performance using tools like

SolarWinds

and

Nagios . Ensure that

network security

measures are in place, including configuring

VPNs ,

VLANs , and secure Wi-Fi access protocols. Update firmware and software for networking equipment, ensuring security patches are applied promptly. Use

ticketing tools

(e.g.,

Jira ,

Zoho ,

ServiceNow ) for logging and tracking network incidents, service requests, and escalations.

Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in

network support

or

administration , particularly with

Cisco ,

Peplink , and

Ruckus

equipment. Experience working with

DHCP ,

DNS , and

AAA

services. Knowledge of basic

server management ,

Windows . Strong troubleshooting skills with network performance and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Experience with

Wi-Fi security

and optimization, including

WPA3

and

802.1X authentication . Experience with

ticketing tools

like

Zoho ,

ServiceNow , or

Jira

to track service tickets and network issues.
