Role Description This is a contract-based remote role for a Human Resources (HR) professional. The individual will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and relations, and ensuring effective personnel management practices. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR management strategies, collaborating with team leaders to address workforce needs, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles Strong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration Experience in Personnel Management and maintaining employee satisfaction Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Prior experience in a startup or technology-focused company is a plus
