ServiceNow Architect- Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Technical Strategy & Architecture: o Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform. o Translate business goals into technical solutions and roadmaps. o Ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities and innovation pipeline. • Governance & Best Practices: o Establish and manage platform governance frameworks. o Promote adherence to ServiceNow best practices to ensure platform health and performance. o Reduce technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability. • Customer Engagement: o Act as a trusted advisor to platform owners, and enterprise architects. o Collaborate with stakeholders during implementation, and post-deployment phases. • Integration & Data Strategy: o Guide integration strategies with core enterprise systems. o Ensure data models and core data structures are optimized for performance and scalability. • Mentorship & Leadership: o Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews. o Mentor developers and architects on platform capabilities and design principles.

Qualifications: • Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation across multiple modules. • Experience in technical governance, solution design, and platform strategy. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with AI-enhanced workflows and automation is a plus.
