Role Overview

As a Calling Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle outbound/inbound calls, provide information about our fintech services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate telephonic contact with potential and existing clients to explain services. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions. Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and follow-ups. Meet daily and monthly calling targets and quality benchmarks. Handle customer queries and grievances professionally.
