Java Developer

Job Title: Tech Lead – Java/Spring Boot/Microservices Experience: 7–8 years Location: [Thane] Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise/custom applications. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of hands-on experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and SQL, along with leadership skills to mentor teams and ensure technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle for complex applications. • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot. • Ensure high-quality coding standards, performance optimization, and security compliance. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions. • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers. • Expected to roll up the sleeves if situation demands. • Manage deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills • Core Java (Java 8 or above) – strong object-oriented programming skills. • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security – deep understanding of frameworks. • Microservices Architecture – design and implementation experience. • SQL & Relational Databases (MSSQL) – query optimization and schema design. • RESTful APIs development and integration. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven). • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
