Role Summary
Experienced .NET Application Support Developer with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. Skilled in resolving backend and frontend issues, optimizing database performance, and ensuring seamless integration across services. Adept at working in cloud environments like Azure and AWS to support scalable and resilient applications.
Must Have:
• Proficiency in .NET Framework/Core and C#
• Strong Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS) troubleshooting
• SQL Server query optimization and data debugging
• Web API analysis and integration issue resolution
• Azure/AWS environmental familiarity
Good To Have:
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps) knowledge
• IIS configuration and performance tuning
Soft Skills & ITIL Alignment:
• Strong problem-solving for root cause analysis
• Incident and change management adherence
• Cross-functional coordination with development and QA teams
• Clear written and verbal communication with healthcare business users
