Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role based in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting the center's programs and offerings, and building long-lasting professional relationships. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing the sales process, and conducting training sessions to educate clients about products or services. The role will also require handling customer inquiries efficiently and working towards achieving sales targets while contributing to the organization's mission of youth empowerment and skill development.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and provide excellent client support - Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Capacity to deliver training and educate clients on products, services, or skill-building programs - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills - Knowledge of the educational or skill development industry is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field - Proficiency in local languages is a plus
