We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can take full ownership of backend systems, automation, AI workflows, and tech teams to support aggressive growth. This role is for builders who think like founders. ~~~ ✓ Your Impact Own the entire tech ecosystem: website, LMS, apps, CRM, automations, integrations Build & lead backend + automation teams (not just write code) Create scalable systems that support global growth Design backend-led lead generation & funnel automations Implement AI-driven workflows (marketing ops, analytics, support, ops) Translate business goals into simple, scalable tech execution ~~~ ✓ You’re a Fit If You Have 5–8 years experience in startups / scale-ups Think systems, scale, and leverage, not just development Can manage teams, vendors, and platforms Understand backend architecture, APIs, cloud & automation tools Are comfortable with AI tools, workflows & integrations Have an entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership
