Enterprise Sales Leader – ERP & Manufacturing Solutions
Chennai | India Market | High-Impact Role
This Role Is Not for Average Sales Professionals.
We are looking for a proven enterprise sales performer who has successfully sold SAP / ERP / Manufacturing Digital Solutions to mid-size and large manufacturing companies.
If you have closed multi-crore ERP deals, built CXO trust, and understand manufacturing pain points deeply — we want to talk.
Role Overview
You will drive enterprise revenue growth by acquiring and expanding manufacturing accounts across India.
This is a pure hunting + strategic account acquisition role.
What You Will Own
·
Enterprise sales of ERP / Digital Transformation solutions
·
CXO-level engagement (CEO / COO / CFO / CIO / Plant Heads)
·
End-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Solution positioning → Commercial negotiation → Closure
·
Large deal structuring (₹50L – ₹5Cr+ range)
·
Building strong pipeline in automotive, engineering, industrial manufacturing sectors
·
Strategic account mapping and long-term relationship building
·
Collaborating with pre-sales and technical architects
Must-Have Experience
·
8–15 years of enterprise B2B sales experience
·
Proven track record selling:
·
SAP (any module)
·
Or other Tier-1 ERP solutions
·
Or Manufacturing Digital Transformation solutions
·
Strong network within:
·
Manufacturing CXOs
·
Plant leadership teams
·
Industrial groups
·
Demonstrated consistent quota achievement
·
Experience handling large-ticket enterprise deals
·
Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills
Domain Strength (Highly Preferred)
Experience selling into:
·
Automotive manufacturers
·
Engineering companies
·
Industrial machinery manufacturers
·
Process manufacturing firms
Understanding of:
·
Shop floor operations
·
Production planning
·
Supply chain
·
Costing & finance systems
