Role Description This is a contract-based remote position focused on collaborating with industry experts in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain to train large language models (LLM). Responsibilities include contributing subject matter expertise, curating domain-specific data, and assisting in developing guidelines for high-quality model training datasets. This role requires deep knowledge of the BFSI sector in the following Domains. CFA / Investment Banking Analyst Compliance Officer / ACAMS Certified Derivatives Trader / Structurer Financial Quant / Actuary Macroeconomist / Strategy Analyst CPA / Corporate Auditor

Qualifications Strong expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain knowledge and terminologies. Demonstrated ability in data annotation, validation, and curation. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and large language model (LLM) training frameworks; experience with reinforcement learning or human feedback integration is a plus. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment. Previous experience in finance or insurance-related data processing is highly desirable. Willingness to work in flexible schedules and handle project-based assignments independently.
