Fashion Consultant ( Freshers can also apply) and Senior Fashion Consultant (Minimum 2 years of Experience) – SHYAMAL & BHUMIKA, Kemps Corner Flyover, Cumballa Hill, Mumbai

We're seeking a sales-driven Fashion Consultant/Client Service Executive to join our In-Store Sales team.

Responsibilities: * Understanding the client's requirements. * Advising clients on different designers' collections, colour options, styles, and fabrics that will suit their preferences, body type, price range, as well as the occasion they're dressing for. * Selling merchandise and processing customized orders. * Generating and pursuing leads to expand the client base. * Following up with clients via phone or email and addressing their requests and questions. * Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order completion. * Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team and creating appealing store displays. * Willingness to assist and support the senior sales team.

Requirements: * Passion for sales and customer service. * Proficiency in WhatsApp and MS Office. * Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Strong networking and social media skills.
