We are a specialized consultancy firm offering Structural Audit and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for residential societies across Mumbai. We help societies make informed decisions about repairs, redevelopment, and long-term building safety.

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly persuasive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will connect with housing societies, explain our services, and convert leads into confirmed meetings and site inspections.

This role is heavily focused on calling, follow-ups, and conversion, and requires strong communication and quick learning ability.

Key Responsibilities • Call and follow up with leads (societies, committee members) • Clearly pitch Structural Audit and PMC services • Understand client concerns and position the right solution • Convince clients to schedule structural audits and site visits • Coordinate and manage survey / inspection schedules • Fix qualified meetings for the Director • Maintain consistent follow-ups and update lead status • Handle objections confidently and drive conversions

Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales / telecalling / sales • Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi + English mandatory) • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical services • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills • Confident speaking with decision-makers (society committee members) • Basic knowledge of real estate / construction is a plus
