Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Global / Overseas Ecommerce Account Manager based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

The role involves managing and scaling international marketplace accounts across global ecommerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, optimizing product listings for visibility and conversion, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities in overseas markets.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing expansion strategies, analyzing performance metrics to drive revenue growth, improving marketplace rankings, and ensuring full compliance with platform policies and international trade requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Global Account Management, Marketplace Operations, and Ecommerce Strategy - Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Tracking, and Market Research Techniques - Experience in Product Listing Optimization, SEO for Ecommerce, and A/B Testing - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and pricing strategies - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with global ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart or similar marketplaces in diffrent Contries. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are an asset - Prior experience in the FMCG or herbal products industry is a plus - Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
