We are looking for a Recruitment Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and screening candidates effectively. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment goals and building a talent pipeline are key aspects of the role. The Senior Recruitment Associate will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organization by ensuring exceptional talent acquisition strategies and offering a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of experience and skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Screening Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication to ensure excellent candidate engagement A proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and meet deadlines Effective collaboration and team management skills Compensation: 4.5LPA Fixed + Incentives Working Days: Monday - Saturday Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru Preferred: Immediate Joiner
