We are building next-generation UAV flight controllers from scratch and are looking for passionate engineers who love low-level embedded systems, real-time control, and aerospace-grade reliability. Position: Embedded System Engineer Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 5–10 Years What You’ll Work On: ✔ Bare-metal driver development (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, PWM, ADC, DMA, Timers) ✔ Custom lightweight RTOS & real-time system architecture ✔ Flight control algorithms (PID, sensor fusion, EKF) ✔ STM32-based flight controller bring-up & system integration ✔ Safety-critical, fault-tolerant UAV avionics software ✔ HIL / SITL testing & automated validation frameworks Who We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong STM32 (Cortex-M) & bare-metal programming expertise ✔ UAV flight controller development experience (mandatory) ✔ Deep understanding of drone avionics & real-time systems ✔ Hands-on with PID, sensor fusion, control systems ✔ Passion for UAVs, aerospace systems & high-performance embedded design Why Join Us? ✨ Build a flight controller from scratch ✨ No legacy code, no shortcuts — pure engineering ✨ Work on cutting-edge UAV technology ✨ Full ownership of modules & end-to-end development ✨ Fast-paced, innovation-driven startup environment Interested or know someone perfect for this role?
