We are an Australian energy upgrades company specialising in Heat Pumps and Air Conditioning systems under government rebate programs.

We are hiring a disciplined, high-performance Appointment Setter to handle inbound Australian leads and book qualified appointments.

This is a KPI-driven role for serious professionals only.

Responsibilities

Call inbound leads within 2–5 minutes Speak confidently with Australian homeowners Qualify and book confirmed site visits Follow structured follow-up process Maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements

1–3+ years experience calling Australian, UK, or US markets Clear, neutral, confident English communication Strong objection handling ability Comfortable working with daily KPIs Self-disciplined and performance-driven

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 base (depending on experience) Performance incentives per confirmed booking Growth opportunity as the team expands
