Our Vision: Redefining Comfort for Modern Living What We Offer: • Ergonomic Footwear & Insoles – Designed to reduce foot strain and improve posture • Cushions & Backrests – For enhanced sitting comfort at work or home • Sleep & Rest Products – Including orthopedic pillows and supportive accessories • Mobility Aids – Wheelchairs and assistive devices promoting independence and comfort • Experiential Retail & Custom Comfort Solutions – Foot-scanning, posture analysis, and personalized product recommendations Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end store operations including sales, customer experience, and daily execution • Drive store revenue through walk-ins, customer engagement, and outbound calling initiatives • Achieve and monitor sales KPIs including targets, UPT, AOV, conversion, and bucket size • Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and store-level MIS • Manage inventory including inward, stock availability, cycle counts, and shrinkage control • Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed as per brand guidelines • Recruit, train, coach, and manage store staff to ensure high productivity and service quality • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution with a customer-first approach • Coordinate with HO and cross-functional teams for promotions, stock planning, and operational support • Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and operational processes Eligibility Criteria • 4–5 years of experience in retail store operations • Prior experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred • Experience in lifestyle, wellness, furniture, footwear, apparel, or specialty retail is a plus • Comfortable with DSR, calling activities, and store-level reporting Why Join Us? • Fast-growing D2C brand with strong retail expansion plans • Opportunity to grow into larger store or multi-store roles • Performance-driven and learning-focused work culture Recruiter mail:
