Architect / Interior Design Draftsman

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD Develop comprehensive

BOQs (Bills of Quantities) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Review shop drawings and material submittals Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Support project management team with technical documentation and reporting Requirements: Minimum

8 years of professional experience

in architectural and/or interior design drafting Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory) Proven experience in preparing BOQs Hands-on experience in
