We are a growing logistics company based in Taramani, Chennai, focused on efficient supply chain management, timely deliveries, and seamless vendor coordination. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Trainee to join our night shift operations team.

Job Summary

The Operations Trainee will support daily logistics activities, coordinate with vendors and transport partners, and ensure smooth execution of shipments during the night shift. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day logistics operations during the night shift - Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and delivery teams - Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery - Maintain operational records and update internal systems - Resolve basic operational issues and escalate when required - Monitor vehicle movement and shipment status - Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresher to 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain - Any graduate (preferred) - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication - Good communication and coordination skills - Willingness to work in night shifts (mandatory) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

- CTC: ₹18,000 per month
