Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Sales Executive
with at least 2 years of relevant experience in selling IT services, digital solutions.
The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, can identify client pain points, and is confident pitching digital services to decision-makers.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. Based in Pune, the role offers a combination of in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
Pitch IT services including UI/UX, Web & App Development, Performance Marketing, and Staff Augmentation
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals
Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline hygiene
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales / digital agency sales
Strong understanding of web design, development, performance marketing, or tech solutions
Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to interact with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads
Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Experience working with international clients
Preferred (Good to Have)
Understanding of AI-based solutions
Existing network in startups / D2C / SMEs
