- 0 - 1 Year experience in US IT recruitment. - Strong communication skills required for fresher’s - Deep understanding of all types of US visa classifications. - Excellent sourcing and recruiting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job portals. - Ability to work in night shift and handle pressure in a target-driven environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
