Infor Birst consultant

We are looking for an Infor Birst Consultant with experience in dashboard development, data modelling, space management, and Birst–ERP integration. The consultant will work closely with business users to design analytical solutions, build dashboards, define data models, and optimize reporting for Infor Cloud Suite environments (M3, LN, CSI, or other Infor applications). Good understanding of ETL concepts, data warehouses, and dimensional modelling, Experience with Infor ERP platforms (M3/LN/CSI)

Key Responsibilities • Dashboard Development with External and Infor data sources • Build interactive Birst dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations. • Develop reports for finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, procurement, etc. • Optimize dashboard performance and usability. • Create and maintain Birst data models, logical/physical layers, and fact/dimension structures. • Manage Spaces, Subspaces, and Shared Spaces. • Define ETL pipelines using Birst Data Automation (BDA) • Able to integrate External systems to Birst for data modelling • Integrate Birst with Infor M3, LN, CSI, PLM, WMS, or other systems using ION and APIs. • Support data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. • Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders. • Translate requirements into technical designs and dashboard specifications. • Recommend best practices for KPIs and BI methodologies. • Perform data validation and reconcile Birst data with source systems. • Prepare technical documents, solution design, and user guides. • Train users on Birst dashboards, filters, and self-service analytics
