Up to 18 LPA Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the quality framework for Due Diligence, Credit, and Compliance reviews Conduct file audits across Agency, Non-QM, and Non-Agency loans Perform defect trend analysis and identify root causes Work closely with underwriting and production teams to improve quality outcomes Prepare client reports, scorecards, and governance dashboards Conduct training sessions and calibration meetings Manage audit responses and rebuttals ✅ Required Experience & Skills 8+ years of experience in US Mortgage operations Strong background in Due Diligence and Underwriting Prior experience in Quality or Audit leadership roles Strong understanding of Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) guidelines Experience handling external and internal audits Strong analytical and Root Cause Analysis skills Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills If you’re interested or know someone who would be a good fit, feel free to message me directly.
