Salesforce Program Manager Location: Noida Experience: 7+ Years Department: Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) Reports To: Senior Program Manager / Delivery Director Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead and oversee complex, multi-cloud Salesforce programs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role requires strong program governance, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution aligned with client business objectives.

Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Define program roadmap, milestones, governance model, and delivery framework. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and releases. Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management.

Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the senior point of contact for client leadership and steering committees. Drive executive-level communication, status reporting, and QBRs. Align Salesforce solutions with client business strategy and transformation goals. Manage expectations across business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.

Cross-Cloud Solution Oversight Ensure cohesive architecture and integration across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to validate design decisions. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance standards are maintained.

Governance & Quality Assurance Establish enterprise-grade program governance and reporting standards. Monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, utilization, and financial health of the program. Drive quality assurance reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Resource & Cost Management Optimize resource allocation across workstreams. Mitigate cost variance across projects/programs.

Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, admins, BAs, and consultants. Foster collaboration across practices and geographies.

Qualifications

7+ years of overall IT experience; 5+ years managing Salesforce projects/programs. Strong hands-on understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Experience managing multi-workstream environments. Proven experience handling enterprise-scale implementations. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
