About the Role We’re a fast-growing startup building high-impact Roblox experiences and we’re looking for an

SDE II (Roblox)

who can move fast and ship quality. If you’ve built and shipped on Roblox and love solving gameplay + performance challenges, we want to talk.

Immediate joiners strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do Build and ship gameplay features using

Lua

and Roblox Studio Design scalable client–server systems Optimize performance, memory, and networking Integrate DataStores, monetization, and analytics Collaborate closely with design and art teams Debug live issues and improve game stability

Must Have 1–3 years of software/game development experience Strong hands-on experience with

Roblox Studio + Lua Shipped at least one Roblox experience Good understanding of RemoteEvents, DataStores, and optimization Strong ownership and startup mindset

Nice to Have Experience with Knit/Rojo/Fusion Multiplayer systems experience Live-ops or monetization experience
