UIUX Designer

Job title: UI-UX Designer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Noida(Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities User Research & Analysis • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis. • Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows. • Translate business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions. UX Design • Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction designs. • Define information architecture and navigation systems. • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback. UI Design • Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces. • Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable components. • Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices. Collaboration • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders. • Participate in design reviews and sprint planning sessions. • Provide clear design specifications and support development teams. Optimization & Improvement • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics. • Continuously improve usability and user satisfaction. • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. • Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile applications. • Proficiency in design tools such as: o Figma o Adobe XD o Sketch o InVision • Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools. • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (preferred). Preferred Qualifications • Experience with design systems and component libraries. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. • Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise platforms. • Knowledge of usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.). • Exposure to motion design or micro-interactions.
