Hiring: Sales Engineer – AI Platform (EMC/EMI Testing Software)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between customer requirements and our cutting-edge EMI/EMC Testing AI Platform.

This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer success and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer EMC/EMI testing requirements - Deliver compelling product demos, PoCs, and technical presentations - Prepare technical proposals, RFQs, quotes, and contracts with accurate specifications - Collaborate with product & development teams to customize solutions - Support implementation, onboarding, and initial customer training - Troubleshoot product-related issues and ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain technical documentation and user guides - Represent the company at trade shows and technical conferences - Gather customer feedback and support continuous product improvement - Build and maintain long-term technical client relationships - Coordinate with engineering and testing teams for project planning

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics or related field - 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering role - Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI concepts and testing methodologies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an EMC/EMI test laboratory - Knowledge of international EMC/EMI standards
