We are looking for someone who can

take ownership of backend systems and handle real-world production pressure. Not just a coder. A problem solver. A system thinker. Someone who can step in, identify the issue, fix it — and save the day.

What You’ll Be Handling Complex PHP backend systems Order management flows Subscription & payment integrations API & webhook debugging Database architecture & optimization Production issue tracking & resolution Performance and reliability improvements

Who We’re Looking For Strong PHP backend expert Deep knowledge of databases (MySQL or similar) Excellent debugging & root cause analysis skills Strong system architecture understanding Experience handling live production environments Leadership mindset — can guide and manage junior developers Excellent English (oral & written) — must be able to communicate clearly with US clients Fast learner — able to understand complex systems quickly High ownership mentality

⏰ Work Requirements 9 AM – 5 PM EST (strict overlap required) 6 days a week Full-time commitment Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Big Plus If You Have Experience with order management systems Subscription billing experience Payment gateway integrations High-volume transaction systems
