Role Summary

We’re looking for a

Frontend Developer

who thinks beyond screens and pixels. You’ll work on real products used by real customers – collaborating with founders, designers, and backend engineers to turn ideas into shippable features. Beyond writing

React / React Native code , you’ll help refine requirements, participate in sprint planning, raise risks early, and ensure what we ship matches the business need. If you enjoy

communicating clearly, planning your work, and owning features end-to-end , this role is for you.

What You Will Own

Feature Delivery Take high-level ideas / requirements and convert them into user flows, edge cases, and implementation plans. Break down work into tickets, estimate effort, and track progress during the sprint. Deliver features for web (React) and mobile (React Native) from UI to integration. Product & Collaboration Work directly with

product owners / stakeholders

to clarify scope and acceptance criteria. Ask the right questions when requirements are unclear instead of just “building whatever is written”. Participate in

daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros

with a solution-oriented mindset. Prepare and present

feature demos / UAT walkthroughs

to non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation & Quality

Create and maintain

simple but clear documentation : feature briefs / user stories, API assumptions Edge cases and test scenarios Ensure features are tested (happy paths + critical edge cases) before marking them “done”. Support release notes / handover for QA or clients when needed.

Ownership & Problem-Solving

Proactively highlight risks, dependencies, or blockers early (instead of at the end of the sprint). Propose practical solutions or workarounds when issues arise — not just report problems. Take responsibility for your modules in production and help fix issues when they appear.

Core Skills & Experience (Must Have)

2–3 years

of experience as a Frontend Developer working on

live products

(not just demo or training projects). Hands-on experience with

React

and

React Native

using JavaScript or TypeScript. Good understanding of

Agile ways of working

: sprints, standups, planning, retros, estimation. Strong communication skills : can explain technical decisions in simple language & write clear comments, documentation, and updates in tools like Jira / ClickUp / Notion. Experience working with:

API integrations (REST/JSON), basic state management (Redux / Context / similar), Git (branches, PRs, code reviews). Mindset:

proactive, asks questions early & willing to take ownership of tasks from planning → implementation → testing → release.

Nice to Have

Experience in a product company or long-term product engagement, not only short-term projects. Knowledge of:

Firebase (Auth, Database, Analytics), Error tracking / monitoring tools (Sentry or similar) Exposure to:

CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Bitbucket Pipelines), App releases (Play Store / App Store) for React Native projects. Understanding of:

performance optimization (avoiding unnecessary re-renders, app responsiveness), mobile/web best practices and basic security hygiene.
