Drive the development and execution of the AI adoption roadmap for Wholesale Lending Services. Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced AI solutions to enhance business processes and client experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing products. Design and deliver training programs on AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow design. Serve as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for AI best practices.
