Job Responsibilities Handle company-generated leads Connect with clients via calls / virtual meetings Present project details clearly and confidently Schedule and coordinate site visits Accompany clients for project visits Handle client queries and objections Negotiate and close deals Ensure regular follow-ups post site visit Build and maintain strong client relationships Represent the company professionally

Skills Required Strong communication skills Client handling ability Good negotiation skills Basic understanding of real estate market (Freshers can apply if willing to learn) Positive, target-driven attitude Awareness of competitors and market trends
