Search Engine Optimization Executive

We’re hiring a strategic and results-driven SEO Executive to lead our content and SEO efforts at Refrens.com. If you know how to grow traffic, rank content, and lead a team — we want you!

What You’ll Do • Own the full content strategy — from idea to publishing (blogs, landing pages, etc.) • Write and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks and adds value • Build a content calendar using keyword research and market trends • Do keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits • Manage a small team of SEO execs and content writers • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and new AI-driven SERP changes (like SGE) • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini to speed up content and SEO tasks • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush • Work with design, product, and dev teams to align SEO with business goals • Run backlink strategies and outreach campaigns to boost domain authority • Keep up with AI and digital trends to keep Refrens ahead

What You Need • 1–2 years of experience in SEO, content, and digital marketing • Strong skills in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO • Experience with SEO tools (Search Console, GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) • Great content writing and editing skills • Good at backlink building and interlinking • Team management and leadership skills • Fluent in English (written & spoken) • Up to date with Google updates, SEO trends, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)
