Salesforce Administrator

to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in system configuration, user management, automation, and supporting business users in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Configure workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and automation. Handle data management including data imports, exports, and cleansing. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams. Perform regular system audits, backups, and health checks. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide timely user support. Manage releases, sandbox environments, and change management. Ensure best practices in Salesforce governance and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. Experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. Strong knowledge of reports, dashboards, and data management tools. Experience with integrations and AppExchange applications is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred. Good to Have Experience supporting US-based teams. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
