Platform & Community Lead

A well-established hyperlocal digital platform is looking for a mature, self-driven professional to manage and grow day-to-day platform operations and community engagement.

‍Role Overview: •⁠ ⁠End-to-end platform and content management •⁠ ⁠Coordination with residential communities and key stakeholders •⁠ ⁠Managing local business listings and partnerships •⁠ ⁠Ensuring quality, consistency, and credibility across the platform

‍Ideal Profile •⁠ ⁠MBA or Graduate with 3–4+ years of relevant experience •⁠ ⁠Digitally savvy with strong communication and stakeholder management skills •⁠ ⁠Self-reliant, structured, and ownership-oriented •⁠ ⁠Experience in digital platforms, media, or community-based products is an advantage •⁠ ⁠Candidates based in or around Hiranandani Estate, Thane preferred

‍Work Mode •⁠ ⁠Work from home to start with (occasional on-ground coordination, if required)
