Role Title:
Assistant Manager – Learning & Development
Role Purpose/ Overview:
To drive operational excellence by building functional and behavioral capability across diverse workforce segments in Logistics & Supply Chain.
Key Accountability Areas:
• Design, develop, and deliver functional and behavioral training programs for blue-collar, semi-blue collar, supervisory, and senior-level roles within Logistics & Supply Chain operations.
• Facilitate impactful sessions in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language to ensure learning accessibility across diverse workforce segments.
• Develop blended learning journeys incorporating classroom training, on-the-job interventions, digital learning, and LMS-driven modules.
• Apply Adult Learning Principles and the ADDIE model to design structured, outcome-oriented learning interventions.
• Measure training impact through assessments, behavioral observations, feedback analytics, and performance-linked evaluation frameworks.
• Create high-quality training content including presentations, job aids, SOP-based modules, facilitator guides, and reinforcement tools.
• Develop structured MIS reports and dashboards using Excel to track training coverage & effectiveness.
• Administer and manage enterprise-grade LMS platforms including content uploads, learner tracking, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Travel across India (approx. 10 days per month) at short notice to support operational training needs. Base location: Hyderabad.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and deploy timely capability-building interventions.
• Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions to ensure smooth planning and execution of training programs.

Qualification Graduation:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Work Experience:
5 to 7 Years in Learning & Development domain (any industry)
Must-Have Competencies:
• Strong experience in training delivery across workforce levels, including supervisory and senior roles.
• Expertise in design and development of both functional and behavioral training programs.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (including reporting and dashboards).
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• High confidence in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience handling enterprise-grade LMS platforms.
• Comfortable working with geographically dispersed workforce populations.
Good to Have:
• Understanding of transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations-driven environments.
• Proficiency in at least one regional language (in addition to English and Hindi).
