We’re Hiring: Finance & Operations Executive (On-Site)

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu Company: Emilda & Co. Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Operations Executive to support the core financial and operational activities of our organization. This is a hands-on execution role for individuals who value accuracy, structure, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities • Financial reconciliation and record maintenance • Invoice creation and expense tracking • Working with ERP and internal tools such as Odoo • Maintaining accurate documentation and operational data • Supporting day-to-day finance and operations tasks

Non-Negotiable Requirements • Strong attention to detail with consistent numerical accuracy • Professional English communication skills, written and spoken • Clear and structured communication • Comfortable learning and using digital tools such as Odoo, Notion, and Google Workspace • High ethical standards in handling financial and confidential data • Must be based in Hosur or nearby and available for on-site work

Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Odoo or any ERP or accounting software • Educational background in Commerce or Accounting • One to two years of relevant experience; disciplined freshers may also apply

Probation Period (Mandatory)

3-month probation period Salary will start at the lower end of the agreed range After 90 days of zero-error execution, salary will be reviewed and finalized at the higher rate
