Senior Art Director

with a strong conceptual mindset and exceptional design skills to lead creative development across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting visually impactful campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality creative work. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design creative campaigns across digital, mainline, and social media. Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life. Provide art direction for photoshoots, videos, and brand campaigns. Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain high-quality visual output. Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. Stay updated with global design and advertising trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5years of experience in advertising, design, or creative agencies. Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across media platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred: Exposure to award-winning or high-visibility campaigns. Experience in video, motion graphics, or new media design. Leadership experience within creative teams.
